    The Organizational Change Management Client Lead is responsible for managing complex projects.  The role will work across our client orginization offering business-oriented and data-driven talent strategy, organization strategy, technology adoption, leadership alignment, culture, learning, and strategic change solutions to address the client's organization transformation and talent agenda.

    Responsibilities

    • Designs and develops a comprehensive Change Management strategy across projects, programs, policies and processes to support of our clients
    • Plan training activities, develop training material, deliver trainings to the client stakeholders in-person and online
    • Define framework and plan activities for successfully operationalization on Go-Live for client delivery
    • Hands on experience with Help Desk management - define and set up a framework for tiered client Incident Management
    • Expectation to be hands-on in completing client deliverables and tasks 
    • Experience with the above tasks in Identity Access Management (SailPoint), Privilege Access Management (CyberArk) implementations
    • Advises client management on change impact analysis; identifying individuals/groups/stakeholders likely to affect or be affected by changes within the client organization
    • Creates and develops a key stakeholder engagement strategy that involves client stakeholders
    • Provides and manages the strategic analysis, advice, and education to client  executives and managers on how to recover from change impacts and alignment of organization development initiatives with strategic goals.
    • Provide guidance, direction and directive to less senior team-members assigned to the candidate’s reporting structure, while identifying milestones, measuring productivity and quality of work.
    • Developing and creating the structure of OCM within the division
    • Willingness to lead projects and act as a subject matter expert in all things involving  client change management
    • Analyzes and evaluates the training needs of client staff for professional development.
    • Perform and/or assist special assignments/projects as directed by management.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of change management experience, including experience with medium-large-scale organizational change efforts.
    • Previous experience creating training and communication plans for projects preferred.
    • Due to the fact  that this is a US governement client US Citizenship is strongly preferred
    • Federal Sector Experience preferred

     Travel Required: Regional and international travel, as needed, up to 50%
