    The SAP GRC Manager is an experienced GRC expert with advanced skills across a range of SAP applications and functionalities. He/She demonstrates expertise of SAP applications-based solutions and proven success selling, executing and leading all aspects of complex engagements within the SAP product suite achieving on-time and on-budget delivery. He/She manages client relationships, oversees multiple client engagements, and manages the delivery team.


    • Developing existing and new relationships internally and externally
    • Ability to listen to client issues and collaboratively develop solutions
    • Leading the development of proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), financial budgeting, and project team resource management
    • Demonstrates proven thought-leader abilities, broad subject matter expertise and success with the SAP GRC applications
    • Ability to learn new applications and apply guiding principles to deliver successful engagements
    • Designing, implementing and supporting complex solutions in an SAP environment
    • Designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful SAP solutions.
    • Provide management oversight for client deliverables, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and all phases of engagement delivery

     Supervisory Responsibilities: Leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.


    • 5+ years of GRC implementation experience, with a good understanding of SAP security full-lifecycle concepts/techniques.
    • Identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
    • Developing strategy; as well as writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management, such as presentation slides; practice marketing materials; change management plans and/or project plans; workshops and whitepapers; practice methodologies and tools; policies and procedures; and/or other standard business communications
    • Ability to innovate and develop new or alternative tools, approaches, or market solutions


    Technical Skills:

    • Technical expertise of SAP business, user provisioning and security maintenance processes and leading practices.
    • Technical and functional knowledge of Internal Controls/Separation of Duties Framework is preferred.
    • Functional understanding of GRC and audit principles, SOX compliance requirements, SOD risk mitigation, etc.
    • Strong knowledge of business process and IT controls design and implementation
    • Advanced Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access skills


    • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Accounting.
    • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) a plus
    • CISA or PMP preferred

     Travel Required: 25-50%, domestic and international.
