    The Focal Point Senior Client Support Specialist will help organizations better realize their business objectives of reducing cost, increasing productivity, reducing risk and enhancing revenue and profitability by quickly bring mission critical applications to market in a centralized application security infrastructure.  Areas of focus include:  Identity and Access Management, Data Security and Business Intelligence, which are primarily delivered using the Oracle and SailPoint technologies and products.


    • Monitoring and maintenance of client Oracle or SailPoint IAM environments
    • Problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution of client Oracle or SailPoint IAM environments
    • Review and respond to client support requests on covered Oracle or SailPoint IAM solution components
    • Provide weekly status reports to the client
    • Provide a daily status checkpoint email with Focal Point Force management
    • Open support tickets with vendor as necessary and follow through to completion
    • Minor configuration changes / project work in client Oracle or SailPoint IAM environments (i.e. modify connectors, update event handlers, etc.)
    • Bundle patch upgrades for Oracle or SailPoint IAM components deployed at our clients which are under a support contract
    • Performance tuning Oracle or SailPoint IAM components as necessary



    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher
    • Excellent communications skills and ability to multi-task between clients
    • Ability to set priorities and self-manage
    • Unix / Linux troubleshooting skills
    • Familiarity with Web servers, particularly OHS and Apache
    • Familiarity with JEE application servers, particularly Weblogic and Tomcat
    • Database skills and knowledge of SQL commands
    • Java development skills strongly preferred
