    • Provide skilled technical and project leadership on client accounts.
    • Provide skilled subject matter expertise with internal team members and external partners (i.e. Oracle)
    • Demonstrates skilled abilities in planning, development, organization, monitoring and delivery of services and solutions efforts to clients
    • Skilled knowledge of value and design for sound business solutions in a cost-effective manner based on the most current IDM technology.
    • Assumes a proactive and direct role to identify, develop and cultivate profitable business opportunities and establish engagements. Skilled abilities interfacing with internal and external resources to develop proposals and work estimates.  Is responsible and accountable for the correctness, viability, and estimates for the architected solution including the business value proposition.
    • Develop and/or provide final review and approval of skilled artifacts that define the business architecture of the solution. Applies a consistent set of business architectural guidelines in the creation of new solution architecture.  
    • Contribute domain thought leadership both internally and externally. Maintains an skilled awareness and utilization of state-of-the-art best practices.  Actively networks with peers from external companies.  Author business and/or technology related papers and articles. 
    • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all Focal Point Force employees. Uses these relationships to the best advantage in client engagements.
    • Security clearance required, minimum of secret and the ability to obtain a Top Secret one, at some point



    • Strong experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM):
      • Oracle Identity Manager
        • Connector Development
        • Custom Code Development (Event Handler)
        • UI Customization
      • Oracle Unified Directory / Oracle Directory Services Enterprise Edition / oracle Internet Directory / Oracle Virtual Directory
      • Oracle HTTP Server
      • Oracle Weblogic Server
    • Identity and Access Management: Directory/Meta-directory services, Single Sign-On, Web Access Management, Federated Authentication/SAML, User Lifecycle Management/Provisioning, Role Based Access Control, Password Management, Web Services integration, PKI
    • World-class consulting experience and the ability to build and maintain relationships at the EVP/VP/Director or above level
    • Java software development background
    • General knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows server, databases and networking
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills
    • References from relevant engagements or past employers
    • Security clearance required, minimum of secret and the ability to obtain a Top Secret one, at some point



    Desired Experience and Skills:


    • Sailpoint IIQ and/or IdentityNow experience, or experience designing and deploying other enterprise IGA systems such as CA or IBM.
    • Certifications on Oracle Identity and Access Management products such as OIM, OAM, OAAM and OVD
    • Experience with Privileged Access Management systems (CyberArk, etc.)
    • CISSP certification and/or board member of a major standards body such as Oasis, etc.



    • A Bachelor’s degree - or equivalent experience


    Travel Required: 50%+
