    The Project Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance project lifecycle for Academy’s curriculum.  He/she must monitor and report on all current course projects as well as manage and track they deliverables.  He/she creates and manages courseware development lifecycles, working with course developers and SME’s to ensure course content is relevant, and that it is consistently presented in a modern, professional format.


    • Manages various projects and coordinates the appropriate resources
    • Works within a rapidly-growing training team to create scalable and repeatable solutions
    • Enforces change control mechanisms to ensure smooth rollout of new/updated curriculum
    • Act as the primary liaison between key stakeholders and the project team to confirm lead time & availability for successful project completion
    • Moderates project status meetings with the project team to keep projects on schedule and within scope
    • Identifies and manages tasks, risks, and project milestones to drive timely start and completion of projects
    • Collaborates with team members to ensure timely responses and proactive resolution to issues
    • Sets up all project schedules and requirements using the corporate CRM and project management software
    • Gather and assesses project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements
    • Reviews and updates SME’s project schedules
    • Ensure project deadlines and deliverable expectations are well communicated
    • Obtain ongoing project status from team members to ensure goals are met within constraints (time, budget, etc.)
    • Analyze project procedures to determine where efficiencies and enhancements may be implemented



    • Experience as a program coordinator
    • Experience with project planning, development, monitoring and reporting
    • Experience developing management reports
    • Experience working across organizational boundaries and with diverse stakeholders

    Technical Requirements:

    • Expertise in MS Office Professional product suite
    • PMP Certification is Preferred
    • Expertise in Implementing Change Control/Change Management


    • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Professional/Technical Writing, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent experience.


    Travel Required: Less than 25%
