    Responsibilities

    • Serves as a key client contact by identification of, planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional risk management projects
    • Exercises independent thinking skills by making critical decisions related to engagements to include active problem solving, risk assessment, quality control, and data and information evaluation
    • Identification of significant risk issues that impact our client base 
    • Responsible for the staff working closely with our clients to initiate risk management programs to reduce the financial risk of loss through exposure identification, implementation of loss control programs and overseeing risk initiatives.
    • Responsible for all phases of the engagement, including execution of the project deliverables, communications with the project team, staffing requirements, job planning, and scheduling
    • Leads the relationship with client-side project members to facilitate project fulfillment
    • Understand the business's industry operations to provide technical advice and information on exposure trends, loss exposures, industry specific programs available and risk management services for the industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop Risk professionals
    • Review relevant agreements including management agreements, vendor contracts and policies and procedures to identify risks and provide recommendations for minimizing exposures.

    Qualifications

    •  Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance or Business-related field
    • 7+ years of public accounting or related consulting experience required
    • 5+ years of professional level project management experience required
    • 5+ years of experience in risk management or related field
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Excel/Access/ Power Point
    • Experience developing risk models using R or other statistical computing software
