     The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex projects.  Our clients engage us for guidance, expertise, and assistance at different juncture of a project.  The project manager is expected to navigate the client environment and be able to identify, plan, and coordinate projects and manage changes and risks. 


    • Develops and owns the overall integrated project plan and milestones
    • Plans, tracks, and reports on project outputs and outcomes
    • Manages information and logistics
    • Oversees and conducts financial planning and budget tracking
    • Tracks risks and issues and risk mitigation plans, facilitates resolution of issues
    • Cross-project interdependency management; manages multiple work streams and brings them together
    • Sets quality control standards for program documentation
    • Sets and tracks change control procedures
    • Reports on project activities, problems, and requirements to executive management as a strategic tool in keeping implementers and decision-makers moving toward consistent, focused goals and objectives. Coordinates track level status reporting and summarizes overall program status for steering committee
    • Coordinates project teams and their interdependencies. Manages and utilizes resources across project teams and resolves any issues among the project teams
    • Works in parallel with the communications and training teams


    • Up to 80% travel is possible



    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Five or more years of experience managing large multiple year projects preferably implanting Business Transformation automation projects
    • Solid ERP Project Management experience with SAP and other tools
    • Strong practical experience in project management gained through managing large and complex projects. Ability to drive work to completion. Strong planning skills. Desire. Strong under pressure
    • Strong knowledge of both functional and technical issues or willing to train and develop
    • Solid proficiency in program and project management methodologies
    • Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong planning and organizing skills, ability to see the big picture
    • Ability to work positively with a wide range of project team members and managers
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
    • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
    • Must Function well in a team environment and be able to function productively within an ambiguous work environment
