    The Talent Sourcer plans, sources, identifies and organizes qualified applicants to send to recruiters, according to Focal Point’s hiring needs. The Talent Sourcer is responsible for utilizing various channels to find qualified candidates. The Talent Sourcer is responsible for creating recruitment profiles for marketing and connecting with prospective recruits.   Additionally, the Talent Sourcer continually builds the pipeline for the recruitment team and assists the team by performing other related duties as assigned.  


    Essential Functions | Responsibilities:


    • Responsible for sourcing candidates for the recruiters
    • Creating a positive first impression of Focal Point and the recruitment process for all potential hires
    • Responsible for Interacting with all candidate levels on social media and professional networks (e.g. Linkedin, Indeed, Dice, and Github)
    • Coordinates with recruiters to determine position requirements
    • Responsible for identification of qualified candidate profiles using all recruitement resources
    • Assist recruiters with applicant tracking as needed
    • Assist in promoting employer brand online
    • Works closely with HR to provide recruitment metrics and reporting
    • Develops creative approaches to engage candidates online
    • Conducts research and identifies a recruitment profile for targeting target candidates for specific business unit’s practices.
    • Probes candidates to determine their backgrounds and potential “fit”.
    • Understands Focal Point's wide range of services as a business and technology risk management consulting firm.



    • At least one year of entry level recruitment or related work experience.


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related area.

    Technical Requirements:

    • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and experience successfully using the tools.
